You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use wso288. Creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via approved local banks and e-wallets. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and applicable wagering requirements.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wso288 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Fraudulent activity, use of software to gain unfair advantage, multi-accounting, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
This agreement is governed by international gaming regulations applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. wso288 will close all duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure without the return of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. wso288 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify wso288 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
wso288 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before a withdrawal may be processed — and at any time wso288 deems appropriate — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until verification is complete. wso288 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving all required documentation.
wso288 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wso288 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or credit cards as payment methods.
Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, typically within minutes. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. wso288 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 08:00–23:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day. All withdrawals are paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. wso288 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month to inactive Accounts with a positive balance. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
All bonuses and promotions offered by wso288 are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games or markets, wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise on the relevant promotion page, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times their credited value before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer table games, sports betting at odds below 1.50, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward wagering requirements. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
wso288 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified, with or without prior notice.
wso288 periodically offers seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other nationally significant dates. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only. wso288 is not obligated to repeat any promotion in any subsequent period.
All bets placed on the Platform are binding once confirmed. A confirmation screen displaying the bet reference number, selection, stake, and potential return will be shown upon successful placement. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming. wso288 is not responsible for bets placed in error where confirmation has been received by the Member.
Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are set by wso288 and displayed on the relevant betting market or game interface. wso288 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions based on betting patterns, risk assessments, or other internal criteria, without being obligated to disclose the specific reason for such restrictions.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the market is suspended at the time of bet placement due to a technical error; odds are posted erroneously due to a system or human error; or the event outcome cannot be conclusively determined by wso288's data provider. In all void cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Account balance.
Live betting markets are offered at wso288's discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time. Bets accepted during a brief suspension of the live market — which may occur due to a significant in-play event such as a goal, red card, or injury — remain subject to the standard settlement rules applicable to the relevant sport or event type.
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with wso288 customer support within seven (7) days of the official event result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. wso288's decision on bet settlement, following review by the Trading team, shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the wso288 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, software, code, text, graphics, images, video, and audio — is the exclusive property of wso288 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without wso288's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wso288, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:
In all circumstances, wso288's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wso288 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
wso288 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of personalized services. We do not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting wso288 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your designated payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC review.

The application of any conflicting national law of the Member's country of residence is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

For material amendments that may significantly affect Members' rights or obligations, wso288 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to registered Members. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact customer support to close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
